More Food, Spring Rolls & Sambar Stew
Spring rolls with lots of raw veggies. Jimica, cucumber, carrots, sunchokes, red radish, daikon radish & sea beans with bean thread and a rice wrapper. A side of spicy peanut sauce.
Sambar Stew
Sambar Stew. While I was making the spring rolls, I used some of the same veggies and extras. Everything I could find in the fridge. Jimica, sunchokes, daikon radish, mushrooms, carrots, onions, garlic, celery, green onion, tomatoes, chili peppers and olive oil and some french lentils.
